Donald J. Norcini, O.D.

Dr. Donald Norcini a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and The University of Houston, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He received his Doctorate with honors from The University of Houston College of Optometry. While at the University, he completed internships at Fort Carson Army Base in Colorado Springs and Riverside Health Clinic in Houston.

Dr. Norcini has been in practice since 1981 and practices all levels of optometry, which includes general vision exam and all eye diseases, both external and internal that do not require surgery. As a founding board member of TLC Laser Eye Center of Texas in Houston, he has years of experience in the co-management of laser eye corrections and cataract surgery.
