Ali Mostaghimi, O.D.

Dr. Ali Mostaghimi is a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. He graduated from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2007 where he earned his Doctor of Optometry and Bachelor of Science degrees. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Houston in 2003.

Dr. Mostaghimi then completed his doctorate at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, where he managed patients with glaucoma, diabetes, and hypertension-related ocular problems, and low vision patients at the William Feinbloom Vision Rehabilitation Center.

He also completed clinical rotations in La Jolla, California where he gained valuable expertise in specialty contacts and laser vision correction; and at The Phoenix Indian Medical Center, where he obtained additional experience in managing patients with diabetic retinopathy, uveitis, and other ocular emergencies. He has held numerous corporate leadership positions over the past 15 years.

Dr. Mostaghimi joined Whitsett Vision Group in 2023, initially at our Spring clinic and now provides comprehensive eye care, including the management of diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and cataracts at all of our locations. He also now serves Whitsett Vision Group as our Chief Executive Officer.
