These visual improvements are experienced by patients even in poor or dim lighting conditions.
Patients looking to live an active lifestyle after with minimal dependence on glasses and contact lenses find that the Tecnis Multifocal Lens enables them to do so. Whether you’re reading a menu, at work on your computer, or driving, you can rest assured that you will experience high quality vision Tecnis Multifocal Lens.
The Procedure
Your surgeon will make a tiny incision, less than 1/8 of an inch wide, and use gentle vacuum suction to remove the natural lens from your eye. Next, through the same micro-incision, your TECNIS multifocal IOL will be inserted, unfolded, and placed into the proper position. The incision is “self-healing” and usually requires no stitches — it heals quickly and provides a much more comfortable recuperation. The whole procedure usually takes less than 15 minutes.
